A guide built to learn, not to shout

The 4th edition of the LinkedIn Top 100 HR Guide, curated by Fer Castellote, is here. It is not a ranking of likes, badges or noise. It is a selection of People professionals who share useful knowledge, with a simple rule: those who contribute the most make the list.

At People & Play we are especially proud of this news: two of our co-founders, Carlos Moros and Antonio Macías (Toni), are part of this list. For a team working at the edge between sport and organisation, seeing that voice recognised in the People community is both encouragement and responsibility.

Carlos Moros and Antonio Macías on the list

Fer Castellote has been sharing the profiles included in this 4th edition on LinkedIn. Among them are Carlos Moros and Antonio Macías Mollá, both linked to People & Play and to a way of understanding talent, leadership and culture through high-performance experience.

Carlos brings a perspective that combines professional sport, people and team culture. Toni leads conversations on cultural transformation, team management and HR consulting. Seeing both names in the same guide reinforces something we live every week: the project is not just a brand, it is a practice community around people.

What this guide really celebrates

Fer's proposal is clear: less noise and more people worth learning from. Each profile comes with their top publication from the first half of 2026, plus newsletters, books, projects or initiatives. There are no sponsors deciding who gets in and no paid spots. There is editorial judgement and hours of reading.

  • Recognition for those who share useful People knowledge, not only visibility.
  • Profiles from companies and own projects who sustain real conversations on talent and culture.
  • An invitation to discover new voices and keep learning from those who contribute consistently.

Why it matters for People & Play

At People & Play we work with clubs and organisations to align culture, leadership and performance systems. Carlos and Toni appearing in this guide is not a decorative trophy: it is a signal that the content and conversations we drive resonate in the professional HR community.

It is also a call to keep going. Keep publishing with rigour, keep supporting teams and keep connecting locker-room language with business language. Recognition arrives when the work is sustained over time.

Source and thanks
